(These questions can be found in the book: David Carradine's Introduction to Chi Kung: The Beginner's Program for Physical, Emotional, and Spiritual Well-being)

After about another 30 seconds, he directed us to slowly come out of our meditative state. He had us sit comfortably. He mentioned where the questions could be found and he also stated that these were questions that we might ask ourselves over the rest of the weekend. He also suggested that we could look at them through our daily living. He indicated that they can serve as a guide for our own self-awareness.

After Arnold was done with the meditation, Heidi Singh stated that they were going to talk about the physical body through Buddhist and Toasts traditions and how everything relates. Arnold then broke in to talk about the Toaist tradition viewing the physical body like a vehicle. He stated as he was talking to us last night, He was talking about how we have different components working with the three energy centers in the body; of course the mind, emotions, and the spirit are all hosed in the physical body. But at the same time, we are not just a physical body, we're energetic field as Arnold introduced last night. Arnold said that later we would be getting up and doing some more movement practices which will be a precurser for doing Rob's Nine Psalms exercises.

Rob then spoke a little on his movments. He mentioned that they are about being your own science project. He mentioned that Kung Fu was his specialty and that it was a monk art. He stated that so many people misperceive it and try to make the martial part of martial art their priorities. He stated he tried to conjure up a little bit of movement adventures that can keep that thought line far away from being a priority and really bring out the best in all of us. "It's just like flight, the celebration of life. A lot of it's just like transforming back into your childhood. So hopefully, it will be a lot of fun. I hope you guys will get a lot out of it. It's nothing structured where you have to ever do the same way twice. It's really to open you up where you can really enjoy yourself, be able to move in such a fashion where you can actually make the angels jealous, you know, from not having bodies and not being able to go on such adventures. So much of it comes from the inspiration of Martial Arts and playing off the physics of motion whether that be dance or in my case Kung Fu. Or for someone else it might be surfing or sky diving or running naked in the rain. Either way, you should be able to apply yourself to these things. I hope that I bring a lot of fun and adventure to the plate. Once we get started on that, hopefully it will all unfold in a very positive fashion.
